The last time we were able to access the accounts (including our account in Facebook: Visayas State Univ) linked to our gmail address was early last week.

The hacker has been circulating a letter using our gmail address. The letter has the subject Madrid. It contains an appeal for some sort of financial help, with Dr. Tulin’s name as sender.

You are therefore advised to ignore whatever notice or letter sent to you from anybody using the email address vsualumni@gmail.com.

DevCom alumni to hold reunion

The first ever DevCom Alumni Homecoming is all set. It will be on May 19, the day before the 2011 VSU Grand Alumni Homecoming. All Devcom graduates from all over the Philippines and abroad are expected to come to celebrate this reunion among DevCom alumni that will happen for the first time. It would be a celebration of friendships, memories and lives among DevCom graduates as the homecoming theme goes.

Below is the program of activities for the homecoming.

VSU DevCom Grand Alumni Homecoming Program of Activities

7-10am - Registration and Snacks (VSU Garden and Beach Resort)

10-11 - Opening Program

11-12 - Consultation with the Alumni

12-1 pm - Lunch

1-2 – Responding to the Challenges for the DevCom Alumni (i.e., agreement on projects for DevCom)

2-4 - Open House at DDC, MMDC, DYAC

4-5 - Campus Tour

5-6 - Break in Preparation for the DevCom Nite

6 up to sawa - DevCom Nite (with Cocktails, Dinner, Dancing, Singing)

Motiff for the DevCom Nite is Hawaiian. Activities will be conducted at the VSU Garden and Beach Resort.
